In their own words...

At Yavapai County Food Bank we have always been about people helping people, making a difference, and bringing the gift of hope to those less fortunate.

We are a non-government funded 501(c)3 non-sectarian charitable organization.

We provide food through our on-site pantry at 8866 E Long Mesa Dr., Prescott Valley, AZ for families in need through out Yavapai County.

We provide a “Back-to-School” program which includes backpacks, notebooks, paper, pencils and much more.  We provide help for low income families in Yavapai County with their school supplies, which many can not afford and get food as well.

During Thanksgiving, in conjunction with Living Faith Church, we provide families with a “Thanksgiving” box.  This includes the Turkey, stuffing, potatoes, pumpkin pie with whipped cream and other goodies to make up the entire meal.

During Christmas holiday, we have a program which helps families and children on a more personal basis. We distribute warm coats, blankets, gloves, scarves  and socks, along with distributing NEW toys to children who come with their families to pick up a special Christmas food box.

A computer training center is available to help individuals learn basic computer skills and are free to anyone with a valid Yavapai County Food Bank card.
