Creekview Village Apartments is a brand new apartment community built in a convenient location on Miller Valley Road near everything Prescott, Arizona has to offer. It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a hop to downtown. Covered parking is also available for our residents.
Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Creekview Village requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
