Our Mission:

Tumbleweed Haven & Co. bridges the gap between needing help and receiving it by guiding individuals through support services, connecting them with local resources, and providing continuous support on their wellness journey. Our team of peer supports and professional case managers empowers clients to overcome obstacles, access care, and reach their full potential. Through this process, we cultivate empowered behavioral health navigators and peer supports, fostering ongoing cycles of support and healing in our community.
